Brenda Randolph is Sr. Vice President of Async-Nu Microsystems. She is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University where she was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She joined Async-Nu Microsystems in 2007 and has played an important part in aligning the Human Resource Department with the organization’s goals, values, and mission.  

Brenda is a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional. She has significant experience in HR Compliance, benefits, and workforce management and plays an integral role in back-office functions, including proposal development, record-keeping, and agency reporting.
